After logging in, you can apply for membership cancellation from the 【Cancellation】 section on your My Page. If you submit the cancellation request by 24:00 the day before the renewal date, your membership will end at the expiration of the membership validity period. Please note that if you miss the deadline, the cancellation will take effect after the next renewal. Any miles or points held in your account will expire at the end of the membership validity period. There will be no refunds for membership fees or points.
